All of my Wedding cakes are layered with Swiss Meringue Buttercream in your chosen flavour options and coated in either a dark, milk or white chocolate ganache before they are encased in fondant. Or alternatively, you may want a Buttercream or even a Ganache finish to your cake. I offer a consultation for all wedding bookings and also a sampling session for a small charge which will be taken off your final bill.
